WHAT TO EXPECT

How do I secure my spot?

Can I bring someone with me?

We welcome persons you would like to attend with you. Please fill out the ‘Refer a colleague’ section on the register page to ensure their place.

Can I send someone in my place?

If you are unable to attend, we would welcome someone you suggest in your place. Please fill out the ‘Refer a colleague’ section on the register page to ensure their place.

Is there a cost to attend?

The event is by invitation only and there is no charge to attend.

Is this a 2-day event?

Techxpose is two separate events, and we hope that you can join us for both.

Wednesday evening at The Battery is a relaxed, informal evening that features an exclusive venue, an opportunity for great conversations, and insights into navigating the path of risk and reward as told by our Keynote speaker.

Thursday morning will take place at the Synapse San Francisco office and features three leading disruptors sharing their stories through individual presentations and group discussion. A special Untold Story will follow lunch. Leading-edge technology demonstrations will be available for exploration throughout the day.

What should I wear?

Please dress in a manner that is comfortable for you.

Will food be provided for the day?

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided with beverages throughout the day.

Will there be the opportunity to talk to the speakers after the event?

Yes! Our speakers look forward to sharing additional insight and ideas with all of our guests. You’ll be able to network with them at the event.

Where do I park for the evening event?

Street and garage parking is available within a short distance of The Battery.

Where do I park for the day event?

There will be valet parking available at the venue.

HOTELS AND TRANSPORTATION

Where should I stay?

Both Techxposé events will take place in downtown San Francisco. Hotels near Union Square and the Financial District will be the most convenient to the venues.

Getting Around

Within the San Francisco downtown area, there are plentiful taxicabs, Uber, and Lyft available to get to and from the Techxposé events.

Airport Transportation

Taxis and ride sharing services are readily available to and from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

BART rail service between SFO and downtown may be a convenient option and is $10 each way.

By Car

If you drive to the Techxposé events, nearby street and garage parking is available for the Evening Event and free valet parking is available for the Day Event.
